Start with yourself – a new book

On February 21st, my sixth book was published, which attempts to answer the questions raised by A Guide down the Rabbit hole.

Changing yourself takes a tremendous amount of work, it hurts, and it's definitely not free. It's about a comprehensive change in your thinking and approach to life.
Sometimes I will probably be biting in the book – maybe you will put it down after a few chapters because you will recognize yourself in it and find that you do not want to read about yourself. Maybe I will return to the same ideas sometimes, but the themes actually overlap and keep repeating themselves – everything is interconnected, like in your body, life, like in nature. Everything is related to everything and one thing cannot be separated from another, even if it seems to you that they seemingly have nothing in common at all.
I am aware that most of you who are reading this book already behave as I write, or at least think about it, but where what I write should go, it is unfortunately closed for now...
Many of the things I mention in the book may seem like a kind of idealistic guide that is not universally applicable and for everyone. But I believe that everyone can find something for themselves in the individual chapters - and I completely understand that only when a person fulfills their basic needs can they seek the meaning of life...
So please don't take the book as an absolute and universal guide or "truth", but something I have come to, something I have experienced, something I follow and something that has worked for me my whole life to make me content and happy. It is my path and yours may end up being different.
But remember that just by naming a problem, it becomes half solved.
Don't you like the world you live in? Do you want to change it?

YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOURSELF – and it hurts and it's not easy, but I believe a little anarchy will help you with that...

Everything you didn't want to know about yourself...

The sequel to the successful book Guide to the Rabbit Hole, which raised a number of questions and showed that what you have believed your whole life as a safe haven is one big lie.
Where the previous book asked questions, this one seeks to find answers.

"The cause of the crisis is moral poverty."
Tomáš Baťa said this a hundred years ago, and since then everything has only gotten worse and the problem has deepened - even the faith that people still had at that time has disappeared.

In almost every conversation where I meet people, the question comes up at the end:
“…I see what’s happening, but what can I do about it?

The short answer is: Start with yourself.
The longer answer, I firmly believe, is this book…
