You basically have four options, what about it and two of those are pretty fat tunnels for your wallets. But you have to do something, because the document will be deleted from your data box after 90 days DELETE and you like it FOREVER you will lose!
- You can perform the so-called conversion – so ask again through the post office, or another CzechPoint and they will kindly print the document for you and give you a digital stamp and ONLY this paper HE then considered to be ORIGINAL.
Of course, this is not free and for each They will ask you for 30 CZK per page... which gets quite expensive for larger documents... - The second option is even more usury – to avoid losing the document after 90 days, you can pay for a “usury data vault” at the Post Office for the rest of your life as part of Datovka at a great price…
20 messages: 120 CZK/year
50 messages: 360 CZK/year
100 messages: 720 CZK/year - The only option is to save the entire message to your computer within 90 days before the message is deleted, but ATTENTION! It is not enough to save the PDF attachment, you must save the entire message data file (ending . .zfo)
Only this file is valid as the original. and you can send it to the authorities again by mail, or later, when you need paper, you can request a conversion (see point 1).
The digital signature of the document is stored in the .zfo file - it CANNOT be printed in any way..
This .zfo file can then be reloaded into the data box and the PDF included can be extracted from it! - The last option is a program for your phone (for example, Datovka for iPhone) – which can download messages and store them as .zfo and you can access them even 90 days after deletion.
Another great tunnel and scam on people, right...? Surely every grandmother knows this and the state is constantly trying to inform about it...
